We offer three different, complete haircare systems to you:

• One to treat the hair's molecular structure from the core to the surface. These in combination with in-salon treatments offer the most to ensure you the healthiest, most lustrious hair ever.
• The second system helps handle the various hair textures, so the most innovative techniques can be applied in styling your hair to express your own unique creativity and vision.
• The last is a superb system for getting the most out of your color treatment thus extending the life of your color as well as it's radiance and shine.
  

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in. We will explain everything you will need to know to have the best experience.

PUNCTUALITY
Please notify us if you may be late to your service. If you arrive too late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

CHILDREN
We love children but we kindly request that unattended children not accompany you while you receive services.

PAYMENT
We are pleased to accept cash, MasterCard, Visa & American Express. Some services require a credit card at time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.

CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Appointments with less notice may be charged at full price. We understand things happen and circumstances are unavoidable and with a 24 hour notice or more there will never be a charge.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
Prices do not include gratuity unless noted and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We are unable to perform treatments on clients under the age of 16 without permission of a parent or guardian. We reserves the right to discontinue treatment as appropriate.
